fix(shell): 모바일에서 사이드바 칸이 본문을 가리는 문제

데스크탑 접힘 규칙 .erp-app:has([data-collapsed=true])(특이도 높음)가
모바일 미디어 .erp-app{...0 1fr}(특이도 낮음)를 이겨, 폰에서도
사이드바가 64px grid 칸을 차지해 본문이 좁게 짜부러짐. 미디어쿼리는
특이도를 올리지 않음. 모바일 미디어에 :has 셀렉터를 함께 명시해
특이도를 맞추고 사이드바 칸을 0으로 강제. CSS 캐시버스트 갱신.
