refactor(cupang): 입고센터 이름 수정 기능 제거

Browse Source 
이름을 바꾸면 그 센터를 쓰던 기존 출고 건과 어긋날 수 있어 수정 경로를
막는다. 잘못 등록한 센터는 삭제 후 새로 등록.

- 목록 행: 이름 input+저장 버튼 → 읽기 전용 텍스트
- center_edit 라우터에서 name 폼 파라미터 제거(활성/정렬만 수정)
- 행이 좁아져 그리드 최소폭 340px → 240px
