fix: 메인 헤더 텍스트로 변경/높이 축소, 로그인 로고 44px 복원

- main.html 헤더: 로고 제거 → "DBX 업무포털" 흰색 텍스트, 높이 64px→44px
- login/denied 브랜드 패널 로고: 44px 복원
